As many of you know, the cover for Diary of a Wimpy Kid #6: Cabin Fever was released today. When I woke up this morning, the first thing I did was rush to my laptop, the look of a crazed madman on my face, ready to begin searching furiously for the new cover. Luckily, I didn’t have to look far. My fellow Book Clubs blogger Erin was clearly as excited as I was because when I logged on to Facebook, I soon discovered that the new cover had already been posted to our page! This led me to another discovery—Erin wakes up way too early. Of course, there’s a good chance she was just so excited about the new cover that she couldn’t sleep—totally understandable considering how awesome the Wimpy Kid series is. Anyway, enjoy the cover—only 152 days until the book is released!

Remember the excitement last year over the release of Diary of a Wimpy Kid #5: The Ugly Truth? Over 300,000 classrooms all over the country received their specially packaged pre-ordered books on the day of the release. Don’t worry, we’ll be offering Diary of a Wimpy Kid #6: Cabin Fever for pre-order again this fall! Be sure to check out your Lucky, Arrow, and TAB September catalogs to pre-order your copy before the November 15 release date!

I thought you were able to pre order at the Fall Book Fairs. I went to one today and they didn’t know anything about the pre order! UGH!!! How can I pre order???? I’ve done that with all the others so I can get the paperback edition.
