Happy Star Wars Day!

Today one of the most important days of any science fiction fan’s calendar is celebrated—Star Wars Day! But why is this Star Wars Day? It’s not the anniversary of any Star Wars movie’s release. It’s not George Lucas’s birthday. It’s not even the day Luke and Leia discovered that they are twins (sorry if I spoiled that for you).

If you haven’t figured out why May the 4th is Star Wars Day, read the date out loud. Slowly. “May the fourth…” Does it remind you of any famous quote from the movies? Now you’ve got it!

“May the fourth be with you!”

If you need to boost your Star Wars library, we have the books for you!

Star Wars: Darth Maul, Sith Apprentice

Star Wars: Folded Flyers

Princess Labelmaker to the Rescue!

LEGO Star Wars: The Visual Dictionary

William Shakespeare’s Star Wars
